European coal imports fall by 10%: will the US come to the rescue, again?

What the Atlantic market is missing at the moment is renewed interest from its major European buyers.

Some were said to be interested in taking advantage of the low spot prices available. But as we look forward to Coaltrans Berlin, buyers might be surprised to return from vacation to find market recovery, thanks in part to US and Indian buyers....
