Asian performance key to global coal market recovery
Analysts are keeping a close watch on Asia’s developing countries which are forecast to lead the revival of coal markets worldwide.
The markets for both thermal and coking coal have been receiving mixed signals over the past month with no clear recovery yet appearing, although there have been some glimmers of hope. The performance of the Chinese and Indian economies appears to hold the key in the short term and analysts are monitoring their progress closely....
