A report has found that New Zealand’s main coal rail line across the South Island will not survive another two years unless at least NZ$70 mill (US$47 mill) is spent immediately on rectification work.
However, Toll NZ (formerly Tranz Rail) has countered that the report is 12 months out of date and many of the issues raised have already been addressed....
