Russia’s Kuzbassrazrezugol (KRU) is planning to build a major new 15mtpa export terminal at Murmansk, in partnership with the Siberian Business Union (SBU) at a reported cost of some $200 million. The 50:50 deal will be signed later in the year.
Murmansk, which currently exports in the region of 11mtpa is limited in expansion potential so the new port will be built on the Kola Peninsula....
