Drummond moves in on Jacksonville?

Rumours that a dedicated coal importing terminal is being planned at Jacksonville, Florida, seem to have been vindicated.

Jacksonville City authorities are reported to be planning a compulsory purchase (by ‘eminent domain’) of land owned by Keystone Coal to enable the port development to move forward....
