PT Cigading International Bulk Terminal (CIBT), a subsidiary of Malaysia’s MTD Group, has won a 32-year concession to develop and operate a coal terminal at Indonesia’s Cigading port. The port, in Banten province, is owned and operated by PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, a subsidiary of Indonesia’s PT Krakatau Steel, which granted the concession.
MTD Group managing director Azmil Khalid said construction will begin in the third quarter of this year. It is the infrastructure group’s first foray into the port business....
