Reliance Power Ltd, a unit of India’s third-largest utiltity, looks set to complete its biggest coalfired projects on schedule and is seeking loans to fund them.
According to CEO Jayarama Chalsani, the Mumbai-based company won a 4,000MW coalfired project at Tilaiya in the eastern state of Jharkhand. Reliance Power will build the plant as well as similar-sized generators at Sasan in central India and Krishnapatnam in the south....
