New full or partial ownership of Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal may be decided by July after owner Brown & Babcock Infrastructure set a 2-3 month closing date for binding offersin late April.
On 25 March BBI appointed Macquarie Capital Advisers to assist with the sale and then embarked on the formal due diligence process with prospective investors. The company later said the price discovery process had concluded with interest at both the minority and 100% level but it did not reveal the identity or number of possible buyers....
