SSE and UK Coal agree five-year purchase agreement
UK utility Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) has agreed binding heads of terms under which it plans to enter into a fiveyear coal purchase agreement with Britain’s biggest coal producer UK Coal PLC to provide fuel for its Ferrybridge power station in West Yorkshire.
